The Modern Wellness Conference and Expo launched in 2024, at a time when confusion and fear over health care was reigning and people were questioning how to move forward now that trust with established medical experts had been broken.

Surrounded by a community of health experts and coaches, Dan and Darryn sought to create an event where people could find answers from local experts for the questions they were facing.

The first year was small, and yet those who attended left refreshed, encouraged and filled with practical knowledge they began to apply. And the icing on the 'healthy food' cake - we provided farm-to-table, nourishing food for lunches to model healthy habits.

This is our trademark - bring experts to share knowledge and wisdom and then show practical steps for application.

2025 was held at the Hamptons Inn in Spokane and had close to 100 attendees. Again, very successful and overwhelming to see the community grow. Many new friendships were formed and people found integrative, holistic and natural options for their health and wellness journeys.
