Where is the event being held?

We're returning to the same location for this year's Expo. Hampton Inn & Suites Downtown-South in Spokane, WA, on September 25-26, 2026. Seating is limited to 80 people. For those unable to attend in person, we will be streaming live on YouTube.

Where should I stay?

We recommend staying at Hampton Inn & Suites Downtown-South, or a hotel near downtown Spokane, so you can easily get to/from the conference.

How do I sign up to be an exhibitor or sponsor?

Is my ticket refundable?

All tickets are 100% refundable up to 30 days of the event. At any time, you can transfer your ticket from in person to online. If you wish to request a refund prior to August 26, 2026, you can reach out through the contact form on this site. Our team will be happy to assist. If you're not able to attend, we may have people on a waitlist. If this is the case, we may be able to help coordinate a transfer of the ticket and assist with reimbursement.
